Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026
Draft. This is a working starting point, not attorney-reviewed legal language. Have it reviewed before relying on it, particularly the liability and governing law sections, before signing enterprise agreements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrackChanges, you agree to these terms. If you're using TrackChanges on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.

2. Description of Service

TrackChanges monitors OpenAPI and Swagger specifications you subscribe to, stores versioned cryptographic copies, computes structural diffs, and delivers notifications via webhook or email.

3. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you believe a key has been compromised, keys can be revoked instantly via tch keys revoke or DELETE /keys/{key_id}.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrackChanges to monitor sources you don't have the right to access, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to circumvent rate limits or authentication controls.

5. API Keys and Programmatic Access

API keys are shown once at creation and stored only as a hash thereafter. We cannot retrieve a lost key, you'll need to revoke it and create a new one.

6. Service Availability

TrackChanges is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high reliability but do not currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage or formal SLA. This will be revisited as the service matures.

7. Fees and Billing

Current pricing tiers are described on our pricing page. Billing terms will be finalized as paid plans launch; free tier usage is subject to the limits described there.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrackChanges is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to ensure accurate change detection, we don't warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gullah Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [state/jurisdiction to be specified].

12. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email where appropriate.
